The last of the big tanks arrived today. We've got the space for it, but moving and leveling these giant pieces of equipment ain't for sissies. Fortunately, everything made it to its proper spot in one piece. Next up: cleaning it all up and getting down to the real business of brewing!
Tanks for the Memories

The first of our big, shiny tanks arrived today. With a little ingenuity, muscle, and a well-charged forklift, we'll soon have the 20 bbl brewhouse and several 40 bbl fermenters set upright and looking pretty.
