Hedgehog

A full-flavored Bavarian-style wheat beer made with over 50% wheat malt, German hops and fermented with Hefeweizen yeast. The yeast contributes its signature flavor and aroma of spicy clove with hints of banana bread. Hedgehog Hefe has a beautiful straw color and thick head; it is light enough in body to not be too filling. Overall, this is a very refreshing beer and great for celebrating the fall festivities.
